These past few months, our team has been working on new initiatives to take CMAC to the next level so we can better support our Montreal community. Strategy Development: Crafting Your Custom Plan 


Once we have a thorough understanding of your business goals and challenges, we will move on to develop a personalized marketing strategy. Our team will brainstorm and identify the best strategic path for your success. Key components of this phase include: 


Targeting: We analyze the market and determine what customer segments are most profitable for your business. Identifying customer personas and target segments will tailor the strategy to a profitable audience. Your product or service is not for everyone, we will identify who is best suited for it.

Audit of Your Marketing Mix: An analysis is done on your current marketing mix that includes your product, price, positioning and place where the product/service is available. Setting Objectives: Based on all of the above, we define specific objectives that can be measured throughout the implementation of the strategy.


Execution: Bringing Your Strategy to Life 


Once we have a personalized strategy, we can move on to execution. In this phase, our team brainstorms and thinks of tactics that will make you stand out amongst your competitors and create magic for your audience. Our work is as detailed as possible so you can be ready to take this strategy and implement it tomorrow. Here’s how we do it:


Select Tactics and Channel: We brainstorm and think of new tactics such as podcasts, blogs, paid ads, etc. For the selected tactics, we identify the most effective marketing channels whether it’s social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc. 


Set a Campaign Schedule: A specific schedule is set specifying the activations suggested and the timing for each to optimize your investment. 


Determine Budget Allocation: Based on our research and the importance of each tactic, we allocate a percentage to each suggestion so you can allocate your budget accordingly. 


Select Meaningful KPIs: The most important thing is to track the performance of your strategy and we therefore select KPIs that can be measured and that align with the objectives.
